Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Catalyst account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset and securely packed in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
